Position Summary
We are seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our team. This is an outside sales role responsible for building relationships with commercial pool operators, facility managers, and business owners to promote our maintenance plans, repair services, and equipment upgrades. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping clients keep their pools in peak condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, apartment complexes, HOAs, gyms, schools, municipalities, and other commercial pool facilities.
- Educate clients on the benefits of preventative maintenance, water quality management, and energy-efficient equipment upgrades.
- Conduct on-site assessments of pools and recommend service plans, repairs, and equipment upgrades based on client needs.
- Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and follow-ups.
- Create and present customized proposals and service agreements tailored to each client.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales pipeline in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and new pool technologies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience required (experience in the pool, HVAC, plumbing, or related industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first approach.
- Ability to explain technical pool maintenance and equipment solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to meet with clients.
- Proficiency with CRM software, proposals, and sales reporting tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on consultative selling.
